1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NSI Tyre platform ("Platform"), operated by Romsons Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Authorized Use & Dealer Accounts

The platform is exclusively meant for authorized dealers forming the distribution network of Romsons Enterprises.

Creating an account requires validation by Romsons administrators.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials and mobile authentication mechanisms that you use to access the Service.
You must immediately notify us upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Warranty Claims & Order Processing

The Platform provides functionalities to submit and track warranty entries and product requests. The ultimate approval, dispatch, or resolution of warranty claims is subject to physical verification and respective brand guidelines (CEAT, Maxxis, Bedrock).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Romsons Enterprises and its licensors.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
