Welcome to the NSI Tyre Platform, operated by Romsons Enterprises ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website or use our dealer application and tell you about your privacy rights.
2. The Data We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
- Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, and dealer ID.
- Contact Data: includes billing address, dealership address, email address and telephone numbers.
- Usage Data: includes information about how you use our application, warranty claims, and platform services.
3. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., dealer terms).
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- To provide order and warranty claim tracking functionalities within the app.
4. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed, employing Role-Based Access Controls and modern authentication protocols contextually via Firebase.
5. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information (name, phone number, address, shop name) will be anonymized in our database.
- Your Firebase Authentication credentials will be permanently deleted.
- Warranty claim entries will be retained for business records, but your identifying information will be removed from them.
- Your notification preferences and device tokens will be deleted.
- This action is irreversible — you will need to re-register to use the platform again.
You can delete your account from within the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account) or via our web-based account deletion page.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. After account deletion, anonymized transaction records may be retained for legal and business compliance purposes, but they will no longer be linked to your identity.
